My husband deals with many aches and pains, specifically heel spurs, due to his job. I have a recipe that I use with the intent of helping him heal somewhat from this physical illness. I'm sure it's all in the salt, but it makes him feel so much better each time.
I use 1/2 cup dead sea salt 1 cup epsom salt 4-6 drops lavender essential oil
I would like to make a bath for a neighbor who suffers from aches and pains due to age and cuts and scrapes from his jobs. Do you all think it would be safe to assume the same amount of salts, only substituting essential tea tree oil to serve as an antiseptic?

This is a really nice relaxing salt mixture Sullen, very nice. I would actually suggest adding only a few drops of the tea tree oil to your mixture and leaving the lavender in the mix. Make sure your neighbor isn't allergic to Lavender or Tea Tree Oil before suggesting something like this to him though.
