We all hear about "My joints hurt it must be getting to rain", from those of the older generation. Take this example, a note book and pen and everyday, at a few different random times, step outside and really feel the energy in the air. Smell the air, watch the animals, listen to your body. Do you Smell rain approaching? Does your right knee ache? Are the cows laying down? Make notes of all these, and see how accurate you are. As you do this for a few weeks, you should start noticing that you will become more accurate, and that there are specific signs that you can see, feel, hear or smell.

Yes indeed my dads back is a great weather predictor, he broke it when he was 17 in a work accident after months in hospital and physiotherapy and he got back on his feet again he was told he would be in a wheelchair by the time he reached his fifties, hes now 73 and still completely mobile and active. But over the last 39 years of my life his back pain hasn't been wrong, when his back has severe pain, then it's going to be very cold and heavy rain.
I think this will be a very interesting assignment to do, as I've never really noticed any signs from my own body telling me about the weather curious to see what I discover.
