As it draws nearer, the Spring Equinox is a wonderful time to celebrate the Goddess in her maiden form and the God in his youthfulness.
I personally will adorn braided sweet grass with lively flowers, or make a headband of some sort that shows symbolism of spring. I will also dress my altar with the lively colors of bright blues, yellows, pinks, reds and greens. Whatever I can find pretty much.
For this assignment, I want everyone to try and decorate their altar based on a spring theme, for those who can't have a permanent altar in place, Draw a picture of it. Really tune into the energies of the season. I would also like those of you who are writers, to write a poem, short story, chant, or song about Spring to help you get into the mood. Drawing or making a collage of images of spring for those who draw will also aid you all as well. Post your pictures below in a response. For those who write, feel free to add these in the Bardic Moments sub-board of the Member's Pictures section in the forum.

I always decorate my altar (small though it is!) with a few fruits and flowers of the season. At Ostara I usually decorate an egg, too! I don't yet know how to post pictures on this site!
